		<description>I&#039;m writing everything down too and working out 6 days a week. Weekends are the hardest for us as well since eating out is &quot;fun&quot;. So we&#039;ve decided to eat well all weekend and then try one meal that we can cheat a little instead of making the entire weekend a struggle. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I also started listening to a podcast called &quot;Inside Out Weight Loss&quot; which is as you can imagine about the inside emotions, etc of eating. It&#039;s pretty good if you think you struggle with food from an emotional place.</description>
