Our team for the Lifestyles Fitness Center Biggest Loser Contest has lost 45.5 pounds to date. Congratulations Team Blue! That’s a great result and we still don’t have the results from five of our team members.

write everything down that I eat. Week-ends are the hardest for me. Seems like on the week-end I get lazy and fall off of track.

I’m writing everything down too and working out 6 days a week. Weekends are the hardest for us as well since eating out is “fun”. So we’ve decided to eat well all weekend and then try one meal that we can cheat a little instead of making the entire weekend a struggle.
I also started listening to a podcast called “Inside Out Weight Loss” which is as you can imagine about the inside emotions, etc of eating. It’s pretty good if you think you struggle with food from an emotional place.
